Oh and the DIET

While I'm not on a strict diet because of my fluctuating blood sugars because of my meds and my preparation for the Byetta, I am watching what I eat and reading labels. Didja know a Honey Bun has 420 calories? Damn! A new discovery I made by way of my friend, Chuck was the Dipping Stix they sell at Walmart. They are chewy, tasty and low in calories. They also sell 1 serving salads for about $1. I mostly eat rotisseried chicken and veggies with corn tortillas with sugar-free Raspberry drink. I TRY to stay from sweets, but frankly, crave them something awful.
